We just got back from the best vacation ever. Honestly. We had so much fun. We drove, yes drove to Disneyland. The kids did really well in the car, much to my surprise! My sister Becca and her family came with us as well as my mom. It was a blast! We drove to stay with my fabulous grandparents in LaVerkin and only had to stop once to feed Sophie. Then the next day we drove to Disneyland and only had to stop twice. Sophie was an angel in the car until the last two hours at the very end of our trip. There are a ton of pictures so don't feel like you have to look at them all...I just had such a blast I have to put all the pictures up!
This is us just outside of the gate. It was so warm and bright, my kids couldn't even open their eyes to look at the camera. When we left Vernal it was -5 degrees and day one at Disneyland was 68 degrees. It was awesome!
We spent the first day at California Adventure.
All the little boys with Lightning and Mater.
Will, Caleb, Carter and Jacob.
My sister made all of the boys Peter Pan hats but Caleb left his in the car. This is him telling the Army Man about his hat. This guy was so cool and so green!
Carter, Jacob, Army Man, Caleb, Jessie, and scared Will.
Caleb and Jessie
We found this sign that said "Barkers Only" We just had to get a picture.
One of our favorite rides was the new Toy Story 3D Game. It was awesome. We had to wait for about 45 minutes to ride it, which was by far the longest we had to wait.
Here is Will and Becca riding the Toy Story ride.
My at Paradise Pier
Carter and Jacob riding Jumping Jellyfish
I think they rode this think at least 10 times. There wasn't any wait and they loved it.
Caleb and I about to ride the Jumping Jellyfish
They had this toy box you could get your picture taken in and since it was Valentines Day, Clay and I decided to be real "action" figures.

Bugs Life Land was by far the favorite of the kids in California Adventure.
First we saw Mickey and Pluto
Then we rode the rides. I just loved how clever everything was. Their attention to detail was awesome!
Sophie and Lizzy
Will and Caleb, they both made that face on their own. Crazy kids.
Jacob and Carter
When we were done we saw Handy Manny when we were waiting for our food for dinner.
Then after a quick trip back to Bug land it was time for the World of Color. It was this awesome light show that they projected onto walls of water. It was so cool, it made me cry with excitement like 3 times. I just love Disneyland so much!
When the show was done, the kids (and parents) were so tired. Jacob, Caleb and Will all fell asleep so fast once we started moving in the stroller to find our car.
Day one was so much fun. I'm pretty sure we rode every ride in California adventure. I started to cry when I walked through the gates because I was so excited. The kids were happier than I have ever seen them and it was totally worth the drive.
Day 2 pictures coming soon.
